The villa is in Baladrar which is on the costal road between Maraira and Calpa of which the villa is about 1/2 a mile from the costal road.

The hotel montemar is approximately 3 to 4 hundred yards from the villa and there is a restaurant there and another around the corner on the costal road with  lots of bars and restaurants.

This beautiful family villa is approximately 2.4 km from the center of Moraira.
